The Authenticity Officers for the CHG are:

All CHG non-member participants at any event will be required to contact a unit leader
for attendance and administrative purposes. Freelancing is not allowed! These include
uniform authenticity regulations for any impression of any nationality. Please be advised
that any CHG non-member who participates at our events will be required to cooperate with
our authenticity regulations or will otherwise not be invited to return. Authenticity
officers will have all visitors sign a conformity agreement. All visitors are required to
fall in with an existing unit, unless the visitors have prior written approval to attend
as their own impression.
Replica uniforms and equipment are highly encouraged to be worn. However, not all
replica merchandise is acceptable. Please consult with an authenticity officer to confirm
the acceptablity of certain reproduction clothing or equipment.
Listed below are minimum guidelines established by CHG Authenticity officers for
various impressions. Please be aware that the individual units maintain their own
regulations that may be more stringent than the ones described here.

Paid members new to the CHG should be aware of the following enforced violations:
- Unacceptable reproduction clothing and equipment.
- Long hair. Non-military regulation mustaches. Beards are not allowed.
- Non-period eyeglasses (Period looking prescription glasses are available).
- Non-period wristwatches.
- Non-period video and still picture cameras (Just the big ugly things out in the open).
- Common US uniform and equipment deviations such as black boots, Lime green Vietnam era
helmets, Dark green webgear and web helmet straps, M51 field uniform items, 2 or 3 pocket
grenade pouches, "Shrimp Netting" on helmets, Non-WWII raingear, or anything not
of the WWII era.
