How to Make Healthy Smoothies

Many people have those days where everything just seems to go by in a blur. Whether it’s being a mom, or a person on the go, there’s no excuse not to eat something. The great thing about smoothies, is that they can be prepared at night, and placed in an air tight container in the freezer, and eaten the next morning. Having a bag of your favorite frozen berries in the freezer is also handy, as well as nonfat yogurt.

Being a mother of three, I myself have problems not only eating in the morning, but finding foods that can make my children happy. With smoothies, there is something they can all enjoy because they can pick their own favorite fruits, and help in the process of making them.
