Quitting the cigarettes once and for all

I am healthy and living a live without cigarettes. I enjoy having the full power of smell and taste. Every breath I take is filled with pure air, and my condition has never been better. I am grateful that I can get through the daily routines and occasional stressful moments without resorting to nicotine and tar. My body and my health reward me every day for my decision to live a smoke-free life.

Background Information:

I’ve finally decided to quit smoking once and for all. I’ve tried before – and failed, but this time, I’m making it my intent to stop! And rather than fight the cigarettes singlehandedly (tried that – didn’t work), I’m going to use all the help that I can possibly get. I’ve joined a support group in which a counsellor helps us quit. I’ve booked an appointment with a hypnotist and an acupuncturist, and I’m doing some serious meditation. So, this time I really mean it. I don’t want to be dependent on cigarettes any longer!
